Daniel Berkowitz earned a master’s from the Columbia journalism school before moving into book publishing by joining Grand Central Publishing, an imprint of Hachette. From there, he moved on to Digital Book World, where he reported on the digital side of book publishing, before moving on to Writers House, where he worked with authors and advised agents on digital best practices for authors. After Writers House, Daniel started AuthorPop, a consultancy that works with authors and publishers on a range of digital initiatives, including website design, ad campaigns, email marketing, self-publishing, and more.
